Hi!!

My name is Viola Vincent, most people call me Vi .... my three wonderful grandchildren call me "MeMee".

Born and raised most of my life in Virginia (near Fairfax, Annandale areas) I moved to Florida when I was in high school and lived in Hollywood (just south of Ft. Lauderdale) for a couple of years before moving to Ohio, where I lived for 25 years. 

I returned to Florida about in 1999  and started my career as a Realtor serving Palm Coast Florida, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, Hammock Beach, Hammock Dune, St. Augustine, Daytona and surrounding areas.  I really like living in this part of Florida, we are just far enough north not to be hot all the time and do have 3 seasons, and we are close to lots of things, i.e., Jacksonville if you want to see a Jag's game, Daytona to go to a NASCAR race, Orlando to see Mickey and Minnie ... but we get to come back home to Flagler County where you don't have to be in all that tourist traffic!!   And ... best of all we are less then 10 mins to the beach ... or we can find you a place at the beach ... or on the salt-water canals to the intracoastal ... on the golf course, near schools, or shopping ..... there is something for everyone!

I really love being a REALTOR® ... I get to meet a lot of nice people, see wonderful homes, and find just what my customers are looking for .. at a price they want to be in.    I am a full-time real estate professional who is a member of the Flagler County Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, and  NAR - National Association of REALTORS® and look forward to providing the best possible service to all my clients.

My past clients will tell you that I am not a pushy person and  believe that when we are out looking at homes that I have found .. after you tell me your wish list ... you will know right away if the house is for you ... and I will then get you the best price possible, and help you through the inspection, financing and then the closing! 

I guess some would call me a baby boomer .. I have grandchildren .. but don't call me Grandma .. I am MeMee .. my little granddaughter Skylar,  likes to aggravate me and call me grandma ... then she laughs .... Nolan and loves to swim, surf, and hunt for shark teeth, Cayden soon to be 3 and and is just the sweetest little boy and keeps us laughing ... geesh ... where has time gone ... my grandkids are the best ... well ... most of the time .... at least to me -- lol !!! 

I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers ... who most of the time I don't claim ... I keep saying I have to be adopted ... but they keep showing up to my house claiming to be related to me .... Seriously ... they are great people and I am very lucky to have them in my life.
