Cobblestone Village at Palm Coast
Opening October 2007



Long awaited shopping, for some residents, will be coming to Palm Coast soon ... slated to open in October 20074, Cobblestone Village will be anchored by Belk's department store and Lowe's, developers recently announced. In a statement prepared by CBL and Associates, the 278,000-square-foot center will feature a select group of specialty retailers. The center is currently 88% leased out.

The shopping center sits on 54 acres of the southwest corner of I-95 and Palm Coast Parkway. The Chattanooga based firm Artech Design Group designed the project to feature lush landscaping, broad sidewalks and Mediterranean-style architecture.
